Other Insights: We just spent Winter 2020 in the mountain region of Provence, France, and had the honor of connecting with rosa canina. She was prolific and wild. We ate of her rosehip see fruit. The bright red bulbs have this soft plush fruit inside. Just by pressing your fingers together, you can extract its sweetness and it's so delicious you can not stop eating them. Great Vitamin C content too.
