About the Oil: Juniper Berry essential oil is a clear liquid with a fresh, woody-balsamic, slightly sweet aroma. The bright, wild-grown, forest-like scent of this Juniper blends well with many oils and has been noted to evoke feelings of love, health, and peace. We especially like using it in a diffuser or humidifier to fill the space with the aroma - evoking many who enter the space to remark, "It smells so good in here!" Juniper berries are the common source for the oil; when distilled from the needles and twigs, it is not as uplifting an aroma and does not seem to be considered therapeutic.
Use: Juniper may elevate one's spiritual awareness, and on a physical level, Juniper may work as a general detoxifier and cleanser, as well as being beneficial for the skin.
Aroma: Rich, bright, woody, green aroma. We really like to blend Juniper oil with other evergreen essential oils like Pine, Black Spruce, and Balsam Fir.
